    Cloud Computing has emerged in the last few years as a trend, a paradigm shift in the way computer capabilities and services are offered. Users, be it individuals, corporations or governments are embracing the Cloud, sometimes unwittingly. The rise of this model poses several new challenges of legal nature, as new and complex as the technology itself.
